My favourite protein shake recipe

After a tough workout, I always look forward to my go-to protein shake—it’s not only delicious but also helps with recovery. Here’s how I make it:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

  • 1 handful of spinach (trust me on this one!)

  • Almond milk to blend

  • A few ice cubes.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy the boost!
